We contracted with Millena to refinish our floors, the work was completed in June of 2022. Our floors had so much wear that there was no finish left in several areas, and in others they just never looked clean. The worst of it was our dining room which I’ll attach a photo of. We suspect the floors had not been refinished in several decades, if ever. Paulo was quick to respond when we requested an estimate in March and was able to accommodate our availability to schedule the work. Pricing was fair when compared to two other estimates. During the work communication was amazing. We got detailed videos and photos helping us to understand the process and the exact results to expect in our home. This was extremely comforting as we were out of town and anxious to see results. They did an excellent job sealing off areas of the home that were not in the project scope and managing dust. You almost wouldn’t know a project happened… except for our absolutely gorgeous floors. We are pleased with the results and would recommend this service to friends.

Had Paulo and Team refinish hardwood throught out home while we were in vacation. They were accommodating in explaining the process and keeping us informed on job while we were gone. Job was done in quickly and efficiently. We are extremely happy with our floors and would hire again.

Millena Flooring made our 80+ year old wood floors look new and beyond gorgeous again. Paulo and his team did a great job and were communicative, very knowledgeable and were able to squeeze us in on a time crunch so we could have them refinished prior to move in. It was worth it. I love my floors so much now I can't stop staring at them! Definitely get the water pop for added texture because WOAH!!!!!

Paulo and the guys did such a great job with our floors. True professionals, they stuck to their quote with no money down, on time and very cleanly. Sent photos to me thru the process as well. We opted out of the stairs and second floor landing but now we are having them back to complete the house because it looks so great. Would highly recommend

Paulo and his team installed hardwood floors in the bedrooms of our home. Highly recommend this company. From the start they were extremely responsive and communicated well. Incredibly professional team that did great work for me. Bought a new house and had a 3 week window to refinish the floors throughout the house. The Millena team was able to do it in less than a week, refinishing all my floors pull-ups out indoor stair treds.
